Refund and Returns Policy

At Mama’s Kitchen, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make things right.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered. However, in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect, we will be happy to assist.

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must remain unopened and unused.
  • We may request a photo of the product to better understand the issue.

2. Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will process your refund or offer an exchange based on the circumstances. Refunds are issued as follows:

  • For damaged or incorrect items: We will issue a full refund or exchange the product at no additional cost.
  • For order cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds will be processed within [number of days, e.g., 7-10 business days] and credited back to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

  • Perishable food items once they’ve been opened or consumed.
  • Custom or personalized orders, including cakes or special celebration boxes, unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

4. Exchanges

If you received a wrong or damaged product and would like to exchange it, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us, and we’ll help track your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions).
